Appointments & Scheduling

To accommodate your work or school schedule, we offer appointments from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. For a thorough evaluation, please allow 1.5 hours for your initial visit and be as flexible as possible with scheduling to help us serve you promptly and optimize your results.

Commitment to Success

Consistency is key to progress. If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can continue providing timely care to all our clients. Arriving on time helps us give patients the focused attention they deserve, and we appreciate your consideration.

Your Feedback Matters

Your feedback after each session is invaluable! It helps us tailor your therapy to ensure you’re on track with recovery and reaching your goals.

Your family and their support are critical to your recovery and success. We encourage family participation in your care when it is appropriate and beneficial. Due to the need to protect the privacy of all of our patients, family members must remain in the waiting area unless your therapist requests their presence or assistance.

Children under the age of twelve (12) years old should not be left unattended in our waiting area. Preferably, small children can be left with a caretaker at home. If you have special needs or requests, please speak to your therapist and he or she will make every effort to schedule your treatments at the most convenient times for you.

It is important to wear clothing that will not inhibit your ability to perform exercises and achieve certain ranges of motion with limbs and joints. Loose fitting clothing and comfortable shoes that are conducive to exercise are ideal. For example, patients with hip and knee injuries should wear shorts and tennis shoes.

Please leave all jewelry and valuables (e.g. cash, credit cards, rings and watches) at home or in a safe place to prevent possible loss.
