We appreciate you choosing Danville Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine for care of your orthopaedic needs. We take pride in the trust you have placed in us. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to serve you better.

To serve you best, we work by appointment. We will make every effort to schedule a timely appointment with the first available physician or the physician of your choice as appropriate. This doctor will follow you throughout treatment of your problem if at all possible. We attempt to adhere to appointment times, but many orthopaedic problems are emergencies, and these emergencies can disrupt our schedule. We respect your time and appreciate your understanding.

To your first appointment, please bring:
•   X-rays or other studies related to your current problem
•  A list of your medications or the medicine containers
•  Any notes or reports from your referring physician
•  Billing insurance information
•  Photo ID
•  Insurance or disability forms

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify the office at least 24 hours in advance.

If you have an orthopaedic emergency during office hours, call the office. We may be able to handle the problem in our office more efficiently and less expensively than the emergency room. If your problem requires the emergency room, we can save time by giving ER personnel instructions prior to your arrival.

If you cannot reach us, or if the emergency is after hours, go directly to your nearest emergency room for evaluation. Personnel there will notify the doctor.
