Regina A. Motley, MSPT, ATC

Received degrees in Physical Therapy and Health Studies at the University of Kentucky. In addition, she received a Sports Medicine degree from the United States Sports Academy. She has combined this knowledge with her experience as a Certified Ath-letic Trainer to provide expert care to athletes of all ages. She treats patients with all skill sets, ranging from elite professional to high school athletes. Her unique qualifications and exuburant personality set the tone for an effective and enjoyable rehabilitation experience. She is married and lives in Danville.


Deidra Breitenbach, P.T.

Waverly High School in Waverly, OH

Ohio State University with a Bachelor's in Allied Health Professions, 1991 Deidra has worked as a Physical Therapist since 1991. She moved to Kentucky in 1992 and has worked in various settings including: home health, acute care, nursing homes, and outpatient clinics. Hobbies: Jogging, Bible Study, Spending Time with Family, Vacations at the Beach, and Cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes! She is married and God has blessed them wtih two beautiful daughters. They reside in Danville, KY.

Tracy Faulkner-Gooch, P.T.A.

Graduated from Lincoln County High School.

Began working in physical therapy as a tech for Ephraim McDowell in 1998.

Returned to school and graduated from the first physical therapist’s assistant class at Midway College in 1997.

Since graduating, I have worked in long term care, home health, acute care, school systems, Kentucky First Steps, outpatient orthopedics, and sports medicine.

I am married to Douglas Gooch. I have a daughter Hannah who is 17, a son Hayden who is 15, and two step-daughters Ashton and Alexis who are 18 and 16 respectively. We live in Stanford, Kentucky.

When I’m not working, I love being on the lake or the beach. I enjoy water and snow skiing, walking, reading, and traveling! I am also a wine enthusiast (probably due to the four teenagers!).

I worked as a physical therapy tech at the Garrard County Hospital for four years before going back to school. I have worked in acute care, long term care, home health, and an outpatient clinic. I have experience working with geriatric, pediatric, mentally handicapped, and orthopedic patients.

I received a Kentucky Forum Scholarship for the Central Kentucky area. I made the dean’s list several times.

I have been married for twenty-eight years. I have three girls and two grandsons.

My hobbies are working in my church, prison ministry, mission trips, singing, movies, and going out to eat.

Debbi Campbell, PT Tech

Began working in Physical Therapy in 1990. I have worked in four Physical Therapy facilities in the local area.

I have been married to my husband, Roy, for 33 years. We have two daughters, one son, and a granddaughter. Our daughters both teach in the KY school system and out son is in the U.S. Navy. Our granddaughter is two years old.

I enjoy singing, reading, swimming, traveling, church, and mission trips. My husband and I enjoy cooking together.
